Winner of Kan (Warmed) Sake Award in 2017, Kitaoka Yatagarasu Junmai Daiginjyo is made using 100% Yamadanishiki rice and although it has a fruity aroma that is unique to junmai daiginjyo, it is mild and has a mellow mouthfeel. Serve chilled, room temperature or warmed.
