Endo Shuzou Sake Brewery was founded in 1864 and is a multi award winning sake brewery in Nagano Prefecture. 

A Monde Selection Gold Winner, "Keiryu Asashibori" is bottled in the morning and stored at ice temperature. Moromi is aged at a low temperature for an additional 3 days and is specially prepared to increase the alcohol content to 20%, preserving original sweet and sour notes of Japanese sake. Aromatic and fruity, clear and clean taste with elegant aroma and highlights of sweetness of rice. Serve chilled.
