Endo Shuzou Sake Brewery was founded in 1864 and is a multi award winning sake brewery in Nagano Prefecture.
This is a multi award winning (Gold prizes at 2015 Monde Selection, 2015 Slow Food Japan Hot Sake Contest) sake that is brewed using Miyamashiki rice using Kyokai No 1801 yeast. The Keiryu Kuro (Black) Junmai Ginjyo is elegant, slighty dry with a gorgeous ginjyo aroma. Extremely versatile, can be enjoyed at room temperature, warmed or chilled.
