Keigetsu Extra Brut Tokubetsu Junmai by Tosa Shuzou is a special pure rice sake made with 100% sake rice grown in the rice terraces of the Tosa Reihoku region 
in Kochi Prefecture. This award winning sake has a refreshingly dry taste (sake level +11) and polishing ratio of 60%.
Pairs well with fish dishes such as bonito tataki, sashimi, and boiled fish.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
